Job Description

Awafi International is looking for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support senior leadership at our Islamabad office. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-growing group of 39 companies operating across 8 countries.

  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate between departments and follow up on action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Ensure seamless daily operations for senior leadership
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information
